OUR PRESENCE

Law Office Elisabeth Liu & Partners was founded in Semarang in 2019 by Elisabeth Liu, S.Sos., S.H., M.H., to answer the need for professional legal services with high standards.  All personnel who are members have experience in resolving legal problems that occur both in litigation and non-litigation. A mature and good understanding of legal science and adequate experience from all team members is something that is very useful for clients who entrust the resolution of the legal problems they face to Elisabeth Liu & Partners Law Office.

It is hoped that the client’s trust, coupled with the application of professional ethical standards in providing professional services, will make the client have confidence in handling cases entrusted to the Elisabeth Liu & Partners Law Office.   All team members who handle legal problem resolution have additional expertise, thus supporting the Elisabeth Liu & Partners Law Office to create and provide the best solutions for resolving cases entrusted by clients.

Settlement through the court of every case or dispute, including conflicts and differences that arise in connection with business/business activities that must be resolved before the court, such as:

• Civil Court, Industrial Relations Court and Criminal Court within the jurisdiction of the District Court, High Court and Supreme Court;

• State Administrative Court within the jurisdiction of the State Administrative Court, State Administrative High Court, and Supreme Court;

• Commercial Courts within the jurisdiction of the District Court, High Court and Supreme Court;

3. Non-litigation (process outside the court)

Is any legal assistance and advice in order to anticipate and reduce disputes, contradictions and differences, as well as anticipate legal problems that arise in connection with the client’s activities or business.
